RETURN POLICY
All purchases made through Astrapia.world are considered final.
At this time, Astrapia does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Clients are encouraged to review all product imagery, descriptions, and item details carefully prior to completing a purchase, as each piece is represented as accurately as possible — all imagery shown is of the actual product you will receive.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Purchases are prepared and dispatched within one business day. During periods of elevated demand such as sale promotions or holidays, processing times may be extended.
For security purposes, shipments which are valued greater than $750USD will require a signature confirmation upon delivery. Astrapia reserves the right to require signature confirmation for any shipment at its discretion.
Shipping options and associated costs may vary — available options will be presented during checkout. Domestic shipments are fulfilled via UPS/FedEx/USPS. International orders are shipped via UPS/FedEx/DHL.
Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Clients are advised to provide a valid residential or commercial shipping address to avoid delays.
All prices are exclusive of customs & import duties. These costs are determined by the destination country and remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Astrapia does not have control over these fees and is unable to estimate or adjust them. Clients are advised to consult their local customs office for further information prior to purchase.
Any delays incurred during customs clearance are outside of Astrapia’s control.
